GOOOOOOOOOOOOAL!

Last weekend was the beginning of the Fall sports season in the Emener household. For the first three weeks, Kendall's soccer game is at 10:15 and Austin's flag football game is at 10:30, so we're having to split up to get them to their games. Scott and I really hate to miss one of our kids' games, but that's just the way it is. Kendall is doing wonderfully this season. She has figured out that she doesn't have to chase the pack of girls around. She can actually take the ball away! She scored 3 goals the first week and 4 goals yesterday. Well, only 3 if you don't count the one she kicked into the wrong goal!!! She's having so much fun! Every time she scores, she runs away from the pack of girls to find me and make sure I'm watching. I'm so proud of her. Austin is doing some good blocking on the offensive line, pulling some flags on defense, and even ran the ball 6 yards yesterday. I can't wait to see it in person! I'll post some pictures once I actually make it to a game.
